Documentation Built Into the System
Every commercial project is run through our operations platform (RVP OS), which maintains a real-time records module for the documents your project admin needs most: COI listing your project as additional insured, W-9, daily job logs, and partial and final lien waivers generated automatically at each pay application.
We pass prequalification on the first attempt because our documentation lives in a system, not a filing cabinet. When your owner or lender asks for a closeout binder, it's compiled automatically from project records at substantial completion — not pieced together by hand the week before turnover.
