Founded in Fayetteville
Justin Lee founded River Valley Paint Service with a clear mission: deliver exceptional painting craftsmanship across Northwest Arkansas. Starting with residential work, he earned a reputation for quality finishes and reliable crews — fast.
Earning the Commercial Market
Word spread quickly. Within two years, River Valley Paint was the preferred trade partner for general contractors across NWA — handling commercial tenant improvements, government facilities, aviation hangars, and large-scale residential developments.
Expanding Our Reach
With a proven team and established systems, RVP is actively expanding across all of Arkansas and into major metro areas throughout Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri — bringing the same quality standards, subcontractor relationships, and project management capabilities that made us the go-to in NWA.
